FAQ

  • How do I book you for our event?

    Call us at (209) 341-9860 during our normal business hours 9am to 6pm. We can book your event for you OR you can use our Chat With Us option.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash and most major credit cards. 

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we carry liability insurance for every event.   We can supply a “Certificate of Insurance” on request. 

  • Who can be painted?

    Everyone is welcome to be painted! We prioritize the requested children first, and if time permits, we can also paint adults. If a child is hesitant or objects to being painted, we will respectfully stop.


  • Can you stay longer if I didn't book enough time?

    We'd be happy to assist. Please ensure you book enough time, especially if you have more than 10 children, to allow each child a turn. Occasionally, an artist may need to leave for a prior commitment, so booking extra time ensures smooth service.

  • Will I need to provide anything at the event?

    Depending on the services being provided we may need table and chairs of adult height.   Face painters come with their kit which is attached to a table and a directors chair.  They also require enough space to move around.  

  • Do you provide bounce houses, clowns, magicians or other party rentals?

    Though we don’t offer bounce houses, clowns, or magicians, we do work with many trusted vendors and can connect you with those services. Here’s what we do offer for machine rental:

    • Onsite cotton candy spinning w/ attendant
    • Popcorn machine
    • Ice cone Machine
    • Cotton candy machine

  • Do I need someone to help supervise children?

    Yes, our artists are dedicated to providing entertainment and are not responsible for supervision. Please ensure there is someone available to help supervise the children and maintain a smooth flow of activities

  • Do you dress up as a clown or princess?

    We do not come dressed up in character.  

  • How many guests can you accommodate per hour?

    We can comfortably accommodate your guests, with each design taking about 3-5 minutes. We’re also happy to discuss larger groups and find the best solution together to ensure everyone has a great experience. While we strive to provide an accurate quote, please keep in mind that various factors can influence the duration of the service.
